A new department, the STC, was set up at Sellon in early 2010. This Technology Center is called in when customer issues are more stringent than the service associated with providing a seal or pump. It is becoming increasingly common for a customer to ask for advice about the functioning of a pump, agitator, installation or a combination of such equipment. Adjustment of a system can also be an issue. All these technical questions and challenges can be laid down at the STC. A study is then made of the subject and an improvement proposal is issued as output. The proposals are offered in a practical way and can be executed immediately. In this way you are assured of expert advice and as a result in many cases also a proposal for the delivery and assembly of the products in question. In this way you keep a good overview as a customer and you also know where you can go in case of questions and claims regarding functioning and life expectancy.
